The 5–20 m³/h decanter centrifuge is a horizontal solid-liquid separation machine designed for continuous processing of high-concentration suspensions and multi-phase mixtures. Working Principle

The machine starts automatically and accelerates to operating speed before feeding begins. Once stable conditions are reached, the suspension enters through the feed pipe into the rotating bowl. Centrifugal force rapidly separates the mixture into solid and liquid phases. Solids with higher density move toward the bowl wall and are transported by the screw conveyor to the discharge end. The liquid phase flows toward the overflow outlet or is discharged by a pump. In three-phase operation, different liquid layers are separated and discharged independently based on density differences.
