Product Introduction 4000LPH UF Water Treatment System
The 4000LPH ultrafiltration UF water treatment system is an advanced membrane-based filtration solution designed for continuous water purification processes. With a processing capacity of 4000 liters per hour, this system is constructed using durable materials suitable for long-term industrial operation.
This equipment is designed to remove suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, and macromolecular organic substances from raw water sources such as groundwater, well water, and municipal supply. By utilizing ultrafiltration membrane separation technology, the system effectively improves water clarity and safety while maintaining essential minerals. It is suitable for pre-treatment in reverse osmosis systems or as a standalone purification unit.
The UF system is widely used in industries such as food and beverage production, pharmaceutical processing, water treatment plants, and commercial facilities. It is ideal for users who require reliable and stable water quality for production, cleaning, or direct consumption purposes.

Working principle
The ultrafiltration system operates using a pressure-driven membrane separation process. Raw water is pumped into the UF membrane modules, where pressure forces water through semi-permeable hollow fiber membranes. These membranes allow water, dissolved salts, and small molecules to pass through while blocking larger particles such as suspended solids, bacteria, colloids, and organic macromolecules. The retained impurities are discharged through a concentrate outlet, ensuring continuous filtration and stable water output.
