Working Principle：

PVC resin and additives are fed into the twin screw extruder hopper. The screws rotate to convey and melt the material evenly. The molten PVC is then pushed through a die to form the desired profile shape. After extrusion, the profile passes through a vacuum calibrator or cooling tank to maintain dimensions and surface quality. Finally, the profile is cut to length by a cutting system. All operations are controlled by a PLC system for precise speed and temperature regulation.
