Product introduction of 30 m³/h DAF System
The 30 m³/h DAF system is a wastewater clarification unit designed for solid liquid separation using dissolved air microbubble flotation technology. It removes suspended solids, emulsified oils, and organic pollutants from industrial effluents while improving water quality parameters such as COD and BOD. The system is suitable for continuous treatment processes with variable flow conditions. It is commonly applied in industries such as textile production, food processing, rendering plants, and municipal wastewater facilities. Its compact design and optional chemical dosing integration make it suitable for both standard and customized treatment requirements.

Working Principle
The system dissolves air into wastewater under pressure to create air-saturated water. When released in the flotation tank, microbubbles are formed. These bubbles attach to suspended solids, oils, and flocculated particles, reducing their density and causing them to rise to the surface. A mechanical skimmer removes the floated sludge layer, while clarified water is discharged or partially recycled to the system for improved efficiency.
