Working Principle：

Raw PS foam material is fed into the extruder’s hopper, conveyed through the screw, and melted under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten foam is forced through a customizable die to form picture frames or panels. The extruded product is then cooled, cut, and shaped according to size requirements. PLC control ensures stable output, accurate dimensions, and consistent density.
