The 200kg/h Plastic Door Window Frame Profile Extrusion Machine provides a complete solution for manufacturing door and window plastic profiles. Equipped with a high-performance single or twin screw extruder, it allows precise control of melting, plasticizing, and flow, producing uniform profiles with excellent surface finish.

The machine is suitable for PVC, PP, PE, and ABS, with a modular extrusion head design for various profile shapes, automatic haul-off and cutting units, and a PLC system for integrated process control. It is widely applied in residential and commercial door/window production, industrial panels, and decorative frames.

Working Principle：

Raw plastic materials are fed into the extruder hopper, where they are melted and homogenized by the rotating screw. The molten material is pushed through a profile die to form the desired door/window cross-section. The extruded profile passes through a calibrated cooling and haul-off system to solidify and stabilize its shape. Finally, the profile is cut to length by an automatic saw. PLC controls synchronize screw speed, temperature, and haul-off speed for consistent quality.
