Product introduction of 20 m³/h Lamella Clarifier
The 20 m³/h lamella clarifier is a high-efficiency sedimentation tank designed with inclined tube modules to enhance solid liquid separation performance. Constructed from carbon steel or stainless steel materials, it increases effective settling area while reducing footprint compared to traditional clarifiers. The system is suitable for treating surface water, river water, and industrial wastewater containing suspended solids. It is engineered to remove fine particles after flocculation and provide stable clarified effluent. This equipment is ideal for municipal utilities, industrial plants, and commercial water treatment systems requiring reliable sedimentation efficiency and low operating complexity.

Working principle
The 20 m³/h lamella clarifier operates based on inclined tube sedimentation technology. Raw water first enters the inlet distribution zone, where flow is evenly distributed after flocculation pretreatment.
Water then moves upward through inclined tubes, creating shallow settling layers that shorten particle settling distance. Suspended solids settle downward along tube surfaces under gravity, forming sludge at the bottom.
Clarified water rises to the top collection zone and is discharged through an outlet weir or trough, ensuring uniform flow and stable effluent quality. Periodic sludge discharge removes accumulated solids from the bottom to maintain continuous system performance.
