Product introduction of Multi Column Packing Machine

The multi column packing machine is a fully automatic multi-lane packaging system designed for continuous sachet production from laminated roll films. It integrates feeding, volumetric or auger dosing, forming, sealing, cutting, printing, and conveying into one synchronized process. Built with full 304 stainless steel construction and PLC touch screen control, it ensures hygienic operation and stable performance. The machine supports various materials such as PET, aluminum foil, and nylon films. It is widely used in food, cosmetic, and chemical industries for packaging sauces, gels, liquids, powders, and semi-liquid products with high precision and efficiency.

Working Principle

The machine feeds roll film into multiple forming columns where sachets are shaped continuously. Each lane performs independent servo-controlled dosing according to preset parameters. Products are filled into formed sachets, followed by horizontal and vertical heat sealing using PID temperature control. The system then prints batch codes, cuts sachets, and conveys finished products automatically. Safety interlocks monitor doors and film supply, stopping operation when abnormal conditions occur. The PLC system synchronizes all processes to ensure stable, high-speed, and accurate multi column packaging operation.
