• Advanced reverse osmosis membrane effectively removes dissolved salts, bacteria, and organic contaminants from raw water
• Multi-stage pre-treatment system improves filtration efficiency and protects the RO membrane from fouling and damage
• Stable 1T/H production capacity suitable for continuous industrial and commercial water supply applications
• Integrated control system enables easy operation, monitoring, and reliable performance during long-term use
• Compact and efficient structural design allows convenient installation in factories and limited space environments

Working principle
The system operates by pressurizing raw water and passing it through multiple pre-treatment stages, including sand filtration, carbon filtration, and precision filtration. These stages remove suspended solids, chlorine, and large particles.
After pre-treatment, the water enters the reverse osmosis membrane under high pressure. The semi-permeable membrane allows only water molecules to pass through while rejecting dissolved salts, bacteria, and contaminants. The purified water is collected, while concentrated impurities are discharged, achieving effective water purification.

Application scenarios
• Factory drinking water purification and industrial water treatment systems
• Food and beverage processing water supply and ingredient preparation
• Commercial water purification systems for schools, hospitals, and offices
• Groundwater, tap water, and well water filtration and purification
• Bottled water production and small-scale water treatment plants
• Pre-treatment for advanced filtration or desalination systems
