Working principle

The belt filter press machine operates through a continuous three-stage process:

1. Gravity Dewatering Zone

2. Wedge Pre-Pressing Zone

The sludge is gently compressed between converging belts, removing additional moisture and stabilizing structure.

3. High-Pressure Squeezing Zone

Multiple rollers apply increasing mechanical pressure, forcing water out through the filter belt and forming a dry sludge cake.

Finally, the dewatered sludge is discharged automatically for collection or further treatment.
