Product introduction of 5000 L/h Disc Stack Centrifuge
The 5000 L/h disc stack centrifuge is an industrial milk separation system designed for processing fresh milk into cream and skimmed milk with controlled fat concentration. It is built with high-strength stainless steel materials, including duplex steel for key rotating parts and 304 stainless steel for contact surfaces. The machine is suitable for dairy processing plants requiring continuous clarification and fat standardization. It solves issues of unstable fat separation, inconsistent product quality, and manual processing limitations, making it ideal for modern dairy manufacturers and beverage processors.

Working Principle
The disc stack centrifuge operates by feeding milk into a rapidly rotating bowl containing stacked conical discs. Centrifugal force separates heavier skim milk from lighter cream based on density differences. The disc stack shortens settling distance, increasing separation efficiency. Cream is collected at a dedicated outlet while skim milk is discharged separately. PLC-controlled automation manages discharge timing, operating cycles, and safety protection functions to ensure stable continuous processing.
