Product introduction of 310–1110 m³/h Rotary Drum Filter
The 310–1110 m³/h rotary drum filter is a channel installed screening system used for preliminary wastewater treatment in municipal and industrial facilities. It is constructed from corrosion resistant stainless steel and operates at an inclined installation angle of approximately 35 degrees. The system combines solid interception, sludge lifting, and mechanical pressing within a single rotating drum structure. Wastewater enters the drum, where liquid passes through fine slots while solids are retained and transported upward. Integrated brushing and spray cleaning maintain screen performance. It is suitable for high flow wastewater streams requiring reliable pretreatment and reduced organic load.

Working principle
Wastewater enters a rotating drum screen installed in a channel at an inclined angle. Liquid passes through the perforated drum surface under hydraulic flow, while solids are retained on the screen.
During rotation, retained solids are lifted, dewatered, and conveyed by a screw mechanism to the discharge outlet. A built-in spray system periodically cleans the screen surface to maintain permeability.
Filtered water flows out for further treatment, ensuring continuous separation of solids and liquids under stable operating conditions.
