Product introduction of 100–520 m³/h Rotary Screen Filter
The 100–520 m³/h rotary screen filter is a large flow wastewater pretreatment device used for continuous removal of suspended solids in municipal and industrial treatment systems. It is constructed with a compact and reliable mechanical structure and equipped with a rotating drum featuring wedge shaped grid surfaces. The system operates by allowing wastewater to pass through the screen while retaining solid matter, reducing up to 30%–60% of suspended load. It is suitable for small, medium, and large scale wastewater facilities requiring stable hydraulic performance, reduced maintenance demand, and improved efficiency in downstream treatment processes.

Working principle
Wastewater enters the rotary screen filter and is distributed evenly onto a rotating drum equipped with a wedge grid surface. As the drum rotates, water passes through the grid openings while suspended solids are retained on the surface.
The retained solids are continuously removed through gravity and mechanical discharge, ensuring uninterrupted operation. The filtered water flows out for further treatment stages.
This process achieves continuous solid liquid separation, reduces pollutant load, and improves efficiency of downstream biological and advanced treatment systems.
