Product introduction of 82-150 m³/h Rotary Drum Filter
The 82-150 m³/h rotary drum filter is a mechanical wastewater screening equipment used in pretreatment stages of municipal and industrial treatment systems. It is constructed with corrosion resistant stainless steel and features a rotating cylindrical screen with adjustable filtration openings typically between 0.3 and 1 mm. Wastewater is evenly distributed through an overflow weir system before entering the rotating drum, where suspended solids are intercepted and separated. A built in high pressure flushing system ensures continuous cleaning of the screen surface. It is suitable for applications requiring reliable fine screening and stable operation under variable inflow conditions.

Working principle
Wastewater enters the rotary drum filter through a pipe and flows into an overflow weir distribution chamber. After stabilization, water is evenly distributed onto the rotating drum screen.
The drum rotates in the opposite direction of the water flow, creating relative shear motion that enhances solid separation. Suspended particles are intercepted by the screen while filtered water passes through and exits the system.
A high pressure flushing system sprays fan shaped water jets onto the screen surface to remove accumulated solids, ensuring continuous filtration efficiency and preventing clogging during long term operation.
