1. Product overview:
To achieve perfect results, the customer is asked to decide the following points when selecting a pump:
1. The name of the conveying medium or liquid;

2. Working principle:
The 3A type stainless steel rotor pump relies on two synchronous counter-rotating rotors to generate suction (vacuum) at the inlet during the rotation process, thereby inhaling the material to be transported. The two rotors separate the rotor chambers into several small spaces, and run in the order of ABCD; when running to position A, only room I is filled with medium; when reaching position B, part of the medium is closed in room B; Part of the medium is also closed; to position D. Room A and B communicate with room II, and the medium is transported to the discharge port.

3. Working principle:
Because it not only has the commonality of all rotor pumps (eg: gear pumps, cam pumps, screw pumps…), but also has its unique characteristics of transporting high-viscosity materials, so we call this pump a colloid delivery pump.

5. Features:
■ All parts in contact with the medium (material) are made of stainless steel (material SUS304, AIS316, 316L) in full compliance with hygienic standards.
■ Suitable temperature -30℃ to +180℃.
