Main process flow of membrane nitrogen generation system
Technical principle
Under the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane, nitrogen and oxygen in the air have different solubility
and diffusion coefficients in the membrane, resulting in faster permeation rates of water vapor and oxygen to
preferentially permeate the membrane, forming oxygen-rich gas. Nitrogen with a slower permeation rate gathers
on the interception side, forming dry nitrogen-rich gas.
Applications
Membrane nitrogen generation systems are widely used in industrial gas supply, food preservation, chemical production,
electronic manufacturing and metal processing. The system produces nitrogen efficiently and can be used for applications
such as inert gas protection, atmosphere control, nitrogen packaging and anti-oxidation, thereby improving process efficiency
