Egg Washing Line Product Description

The Automatic Egg Washing Line for Commercial Egg Processing is a complete automated solution designed for efficient cleaning and handling of chicken eggs, duck eggs, and other suitable egg products in commercial farms, egg packing centers, and food processing facilities.

The complete egg processing line integrates multiple operations including egg loading, soaking, conveying, washing, brush cleaning, air drying, UV sterilization, optical inspection, optional oil spraying, collection, and inkjet coding. After cleaning, the eggs can also be transferred to downstream grading and packaging equipment to create a complete egg processing solution.

During processing, dirt, fecal residues, and other surface contaminants are removed through controlled soaking and cleaning. Gentle conveying and cleaning components are designed to reduce unnecessary impact on the eggshell, helping lower breakage during continuous operation.

The main equipment is constructed from 304 stainless steel, providing good corrosion resistance, hygienic operation, and convenient cleaning. Automatic operation reduces manual handling and supports stable processing for commercial egg production facilities.Production capacity, equipment configuration, automation level, downstream grading system, and factory layout can be customized according to individual processing requirements.

Working Process

1. Egg Loading
Fresh eggs are placed into the egg loading tank or feeding section.
The loading system provides continuous feeding and prepares the eggs for automatic transfer into the washing section.

2. Egg Transportation
The eggs are gently conveyed from the loading section into the processing line.Controlled transportation helps maintain consistent feeding while reducing excessive collision between eggs.

3. Soaking and Pre-Cleaning
Eggs with surface contamination can first pass through a soaking stage.Water helps soften and loosen dirt and other residues attached to the eggshell, preparing the eggs for subsequent mechanical cleaning.

4. Egg Cleaning
The eggs enter the main washing section where cleaning components remove dirt and surface contaminants.Multi-stage cleaning improves surface cleanliness while the controlled conveying system keeps eggs moving continuously through the equipment. The reference system specifically uses washing to remove dirt, fecal matter, and other impurities from egg surfaces.

5. Brush Cleaning
Cleaning rollers or brushes rotate around the eggs to provide more thorough shell cleaning. The system is designed to clean the egg surface while minimizing excessive pressure and mechanical damage.

6. Air Drying
After washing, the eggs pass through an air-drying system.High-volume airflow removes residual surface moisture, preparing the clean eggs for inspection and subsequent processing. Air drying is one of the standard stages identified in the reference production line.

7. UV Sterilization
An optional UV sterilization section can be incorporated after cleaning and drying. The reference line includes UV sterilization as part of its complete egg handling process.

8. Optical Inspection
The eggs pass through a light inspection or candling section.Light allows operators or an inspection system to observe internal abnormalities and identify unsuitable eggs before final collection and packaging.
