Working Principle:

Plastic granules or PET flakes are first fed into the hopper and gradually conveyed into the single-screw extruder. Inside the extruder, the granules are subjected to friction and shear from the screw, where they are melted uniformly. The molten plastic is then pushed through a precision flat sheet die, forming a continuous sheet. This sheet passes through a calibrated roller system and cooling zone, ensuring uniform thickness, smooth surface, and proper flatness. The PLC system monitors and adjusts temperature, screw speed, and cooling parameters to maintain consistent quality. Finally, the finished sheet is wound onto rolls for storage or further thermoforming into seedling trays. This controlled process reduces waste, prevents air bubbles, and ensures high-quality tray production.
