Product Introduction for Puffed Rice Extruder
The 50–300 kg/h puffed rice extruder is a grain extrusion machine designed for producing puffed snacks from rice, corn, and other starch-based materials. Working principle:
Grain materials such as rice or corn are fed into the extrusion chamber where they are subjected to high temperature, pressure, and mechanical shear. Inside the extruder, the material is cooked and compressed until moisture vaporizes rapidly. When the material exits through the die, the sudden pressure drop causes expansion, forming light puffed snacks. The variable-speed rotary cutter then cuts the extruded products into uniform lengths.
