Main features:
• Automated polymer preparation and dosing system reduces manual handling and improves efficiency
• Accurate dosing control ensures optimal chemical consumption and stable treatment performance
• Efficient mixing design produces homogeneous and fully activated polymer solutions
• Compatible with PAM, PAC, and other flocculants for various treatment requirements
• Continuous operation design supports large-scale municipal and industrial applications

Working principle:
The system automatically feeds dry powder or liquid chemicals into the mixing tank, where water is added in a controlled ratio. The solution is continuously stirred to ensure complete dissolution and activation of the polymer.
After preparation, the dosing pump delivers the solution to the treatment system at a controlled flow rate. This improves flocculation efficiency, allowing suspended particles to aggregate and settle more effectively.
Application scenarios:
• Municipal wastewater treatment plants and sewage treatment facilities
• Industrial wastewater treatment in chemical, textile, and dyeing industries
• Paper making wastewater and pulp processing treatment systems
• Oil and petrochemical wastewater treatment applications
• Slaughterhouse and livestock breeding wastewater treatment
• Drinking water purification and flocculation processes
