Working principle：

Raw materials such as corn flour, wheat flour, and cereal powder are first mixed with water and other ingredients in a mixer. The blended materials are then transported by a screw conveyor into the twin screw extruder. Inside the extruder barrel, the materials are subjected to high temperature, pressure, and mechanical shear, causing them to cook and expand.

The processed material is forced through a shaping die to form different snack shapes. After extrusion, the products are conveyed to a dryer to reduce moisture content, followed by seasoning and cooling processes before final packaging.
