Working principle:
Raw water first enters the pretreatment stage where quartz sand filtration removes suspended solids, turbidity, and large particles. The water then flows through an activated carbon filter that eliminates chlorine, color, and organic substances.
Next, a resin softener reduces calcium and magnesium ions to prevent scaling in the membrane system. After passing through a precision security filter, the water is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and delivered into the reverse osmosis membrane unit.
Under pressure, the semi-permeable RO membrane allows water molecules to pass while rejecting dissolved salts, bacteria, viruses, and organic contaminants. Purified water is collected while concentrated impurities are discharged as wastewater.
