Working Principle：

Raw plastic materials are fed into the hopper and transported by a screw into the heated barrel. The screw compresses and melts the material, which passes through a die plate to form uniform strands. These strands are cooled and cut into consistent pellets using a water bath and pelletizer. Multi-zone heating and precise screw design ensure even melting, consistent pellet size, and high throughput.
