15–20 m³/h DAF System for Industrial Greywater Treatment

The 15–20 m³/h DAF system is designed for efficient solid-liquid separation in industrial wastewater and greywater treatment. It removes suspended solids, oil, and colloidal particles using dissolved air flotation and microbubble adhesion. Suitable for manufacturing plants, food processing facilities, and municipal pretreatment, the system combines flotation and inclined plate settling to improve separation efficiency. It supports stable effluent clarification while reducing sludge volume for downstream handling processes.

Product introduction of 15–20 m³/h DAF System

The 15–20 m³/h dissolved air flotation system is a compact wastewater treatment unit designed for continuous solid-liquid and oil-water separation. Typically constructed with carbon steel or stainless steel, it integrates a saturator, air release system, skimmer, and sludge discharge components. The system effectively removes fine suspended solids, grease, and colloidal particles with densities close to water. It is suitable for industrial wastewater treatment, greywater reuse systems, and pretreatment processes. Common users include manufacturing plants, food processors, and chemical facilities requiring reliable clarification performance.

Working Principle

The wastewater is pumped into the DAF system and mixed with air-saturated water to generate microbubbles. These bubbles attach to suspended particles, oil, and colloids, reducing their density and causing them to float to the surface. A skimmer continuously removes the floated sludge. Heavier particles settle through the lamella plate zone to the bottom and are discharged separately. Clarified water flows out through the central outlet for further treatment or discharge.
