Product Introduction 1000L/H RO Water Treatment System
The 1000L/h reverse osmosis (RO) system is a high-efficiency water treatment solution designed for removing dissolved salts and impurities from brackish water sources. With a processing capacity of 1000 liters per hour, it adopts a two-stage RO filtration process to enhance purification performance and improve water quality.
This system effectively removes 90–99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), along with bacteria, organic substances, and colloidal impurities. It integrates pre-treatment units such as sand filters, carbon filters, and optional softeners to protect the RO membranes and ensure stable operation.
Widely used in drinking water production, industrial water treatment, and groundwater purification, this RO system provides a reliable solution for producing clean and safe water in various environments.

Working principle
The reverse osmosis system operates by applying high pressure to feed water, forcing it through semi-permeable membranes. These membranes allow water molecules to pass while rejecting dissolved salts, bacteria, and organic impurities. In the two-stage system, water passes through the RO membranes twice to achieve higher purity. The rejected contaminants are discharged as concentrate, while purified water is collected for use.
