The 1000kg/h Conical Twin Screw Extruder for Rigid Plastic Waste is designed for high-capacity recycling and re-granulation of rigid plastics. The 1000kg/h system melts and plasticizes PP, PE, ABS, PS, PVB, and PA scraps, then removes trapped air through vacuum degassing and filters impurities.

Working Principle:
Plastic scraps are fed into the hopper of the conical twin-screw extruder. The screws melt and homogenize the material while conveying it forward. A vacuum degassing section removes trapped air and moisture. The molten plastic passes through a filtration system to remove contaminants, and finally, the extruded material is pelletized into uniform granules. PLC controls synchronize screw speed, temperature, and pelletizing process for consistent quality.
