Product introduction of 1-6 t/h Pusher Centrifuge

The 1–6 t/h pusher centrifuge is a horizontal continuous operation filtration centrifuge designed for solid–liquid separation of crystalline and granular suspensions. It features a two-stage piston pushing mechanism that enables continuous feeding, separation, washing, and discharge at full speed. Constructed for industrial durability, it handles materials with particle sizes above 0.08 mm and high solid concentration. It is especially suitable for salt, fertilizer, and chemical industries. The equipment ensures efficient dehydration, low moisture content, and high product purity while maintaining stable and energy-efficient operation.

Working Principle

The pusher centrifuge operates by continuously feeding suspension into a rotating drum. Under high centrifugal force, solids are separated and move along the drum surface. A piston-driven pusher mechanism intermittently moves the solid layer toward the discharge end while maintaining continuous feeding. During the process, washing liquid can be applied to improve product purity. The liquid phase passes through the filter screen and is discharged separately. This continuous cycle of feeding, separation, washing, and discharge ensures efficient industrial-scale solid–liquid separation.
