The Automatic Vortex Washer is designed for efficient cleaning of leafy vegetables, salads, bean sprouts, and cut produce. A circulating vortex flow keeps products moving through the washing tank, while adjustable bottom air jets help separate clustered leaves for more uniform cleaning. The system combines vortex washing, bubble separation, water filtration, vibrating discharge, and spray rinsing in one continuous process, with a reference capacity of 800–1000 kg/h.
