The production line consists of raw material cleaning and sorting, crushing and pressing modules. Its innovation lies in the integration of high-pressure spray system and CIP in-situ cleaning device, which can realize continuous operation.

Equipped with turbidity sensor and visual detection system, it can monitor the cleaning effect in real time and automatically adjust the water pressure (adjustable from 0.5 to 3MPa).

The key parts are made of 316L stainless steel, and all contact surfaces are mirror polished with Ra≤0.8μm. It is especially suitable for processing high-fiber raw materials such as apples and carrots.
